We're looking for a

Sales Champion!! This individual must be personable, a master at establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clientele, and have the ability to juggle several tasks or projects at the same time.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional customer service while promoting Flaman equipment in an honest and professional manner. Building relationships and increasing sales. Proactive problem solving and trouble shooting Identify areas for company growth Remain up-to-date with product knowledge and share knowledge with client network Prioritize tasks and/or projects for completion within designated deadlines Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols Maintain ethical behavior Managing the sales process from beginning to end Occasional travel for work required Bring your enthusiasm and positivity to work

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Recognize the importance of establishing a connection with our customers and providing a great customer experience Post secondary education in Business or related field (an asset) Previous experience in sales Knowledge and experience in agriculture industry (preferred) Familiarity with the equipment Flaman offers Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through Computer competency, proficient with word, excel & outlook Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills (verbal & written) Professional, team player with a positive "can do" attitude Exceptional work ethic, motivated and driven to obtain goals Must have valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract and satisfactory criminal record check Have a great sense of humor!!
