This position requires you to multitask, care about details and work at a 4 Diamond level all while delivering memorable guest experiences. VQA Wine knowledge and cocktail assembly experience is a must. We are a farm to table restaurant looking for an exciting, dynamic and energetic service professional to join our team. 4 diamond food prepared in a cool and contemporary environment. All shifts will be in the evening and you should be able to work weekends and holidays as is required by our business patterns. You will need availability during the week and weekend nights. The successful candidate will bring to the table:

• 2 years of background serving in comparable establishments/position
• Cocktail assembly experience
• Demonstratable wine knowledge
• Ability to maintain the proper steps of service as set out by management
• Above average food knowledge, cooking techniques, love for food and wine etc
• Current smart serve certification
• Ability to multitask under pressure and remember a multitude of details that are important to the guest
