- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
- Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities and progress
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
```Skills```
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to engage and educate children through play and interactive activities
- Strong caregiving skills, including patience, empathy, and understanding
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a classroom environment
