Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in child care and / or martial arts and experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education. This role is essential in providing personalized educational support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals and fostering a love for learning.

Duties

Picking up children from local schools and walking them to our program Assisting our instructors with lessions Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure understanding and retention of material. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to excel. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Requirements

Experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning atmosphere. Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles. A passion for educating and inspiring young learners.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
