This position is responsible to achieve the assigned sales and penetration objectives for the following Aftersales products: PSMP, PAEW, Genuine and Classic (PPGC). Responsibilities include the development of business enhancing strategies and marketing programs as well as monitoring KPIs to ensure continuous improvement at all Porsche Centres and Porsche Cars Canada Ltd. (PCL). This position is responsible to achieve Porsche Scheduled Maintenance Plan (PSMP) and Porsche Approved Extended Warranty (PAEW) penetration as well as Porsche Genuine and Porsche Classic dealer parts purchase objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Exceed monthly sales and penetration objectives for all assigned products (PSMP, PAEW, Genuine and Classic - PPGC)
Assume the role of PCL Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PPGC
Analyze applicable financial and customer data for PPGC to effectively identify Business Intelligence (BI) trends and opportunities
Manage PPGC related strategies with PAG and ensure Canadian requirements are considered during roll-out of global initiatives
Develop annual dealer Business Plan PPGC strategies and targets, incorporating into relevant dealer incentive and recognition programs
Develop new concepts and customer strategies to achieve assigned objectives and implement supportive marketing strategies and plans, adhering to available budgets
Coordinate PPGC Aftersales initiatives with Marketing Department and external agencies, securing synergies with Tequipment (Teq) and Lifestyle (PLX)
Effectively collaborate with other PCL departments to execute identified PPGC strategies and initiatives
Leverage relationship with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve assigned objectives, ensuring all relevant strategies are effectively communicated and implemented with each Porsche Centre
Develop strategies to further enhance Aftersales loyalty and customer satisfaction, capitalizing on growing Canadian Porsche Vehicle Park
Provide timely PPGC dealer support, as required
Develop and deliver quarterly PPGC virtual dealer training
Update PPGC penetration and sales performance on a monthly basis and disseminate to all relevant stakeholders

Support monthly PSMP and PAEW financial reconciliation in conjunction with the Finance Team
Maintain PSMP and PAEW plan data base per model type and internal price table
Update PSMP and PAEW plan pricing on an annual basis \xe2\x80\x93 incorporate updated plan take rates, revised parts pricing and current labour rates
Manage Aftersales MAL department budget, ensuring timely procurement administration within annual assigned spend

Education:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent work experience
Masters degree an asset
Experience (Job and Industry):
Five-plus years in the automotive industry, preferably with an OEM and/or within the Aftersales area of a dealership
Thorough understanding of automotive retail service and parts operations
In-dealer experience an asset
Strong knowledge of PAG and dealer processes
Languages (French and or German) is an asset but not a requirement
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Superior computer skills in Microsoft office applications \xe2\x80\x93 emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Mapping experience an asset
Advanced computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe and SAP (Vlookup, index match, pivot table, macro knowledge/visual basic and think-cell an asset)
Financial analysis capabilities
Ability to manage a multi-faceted budget
Ability to create business development strategies and execute effectively within budget
Advertising and merchandising skills - proficient event creation and management experience
Keen attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to solve advanced problems and trouble-shoot complex analytical issues
