What Your Day Might Look Like:
Lead and mentor the Aftermarket Customer Service team to deliver outstanding support
Drive customer satisfaction through efficient order processing, returns, and issue resolution
Oversee aftermarket operations including parts and rentals
Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to align goals and improve outcomes
Track performance metrics and coach your team toward continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Team:
Proven leadership experience in parts, service, or aftermarket operations
A knack for motivating teams and managing competing priorities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ag equipment (an asset, but not required)
