With over 100 trucks in our fleet, we provide a range of logistics services including container drayage, cross-border, intermodal, warehousing, and line haul transportation throughout North America.

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented

Afterhours Dispatcher

to join our team. If you thrive under pressure, have strong communication skills, and enjoy solving problems in real time -- we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and coordinate afterhours logistics and dispatch operations Respond quickly to driver and customer calls, texts, and emails Handle route adjustments, delays, and emergency issues with professionalism Ensure all interactions are logged accurately for morning handoffs Work closely with operations to keep everything running smoothly Provide immediate support for breakdowns, accidents, and recovery situations Act as the first point of contact for emergency calls and service disruptions

What We're Looking For:

Previous dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience (preferred) Strong multitasking, communication, and decision-making skills Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Office-based availability required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,793.00-$61,212.00 per year
