Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated
Math Teacher
to teach students fromGrade 1 to Grade 12
. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of theBC Math Curriculum
, be able to engage students of different ages and learning levels, and create a positive, encouraging classroom environment.A good command of
English
is required, though the focus of this role is primarily onMathematics instruction
.Responsibilities:
Teach Mathematics to students in Grades 1-12 following the BC curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments. Provide individualized support and feedback to help students reach their full potential. Maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere. Communicate with parents and school staff about student progress. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the academic community.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
