Job Summary

Dynamic After School Care is looking for a kind, patient, and reliable individual to join our After School team!

Hours

Monday-Friday, 2:30-5:30 PM

(Additional hours may be available during school breaks and summer)

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate activity plans that align with curriculum standards Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development Incorporate innovative learning methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student needs and ensure a cohesive educational experience Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and respectful learning atmosphere Organize educational activities, field trips, and special events that promote experiential learning

Requirements

Must be at least 19 years of age A Valid ECEA or Responsible Adult Certificate Valid Child Care First Aid Certificate Clear Criminal Record Check Full valid Driver's License A genuine love for working with childrenKind, patient, and nurturing nature Experience working with children in educational settings is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with young learners and their families
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
