Location: Joyous Planet Indoor Playground - Woodbridge, ON
Schedule: Weekday & Weekend Afternoons (2-4 hours/day)

is seeking enthusiastic, caring, and energetic individuals to lead our brand-newJoyous Explorers After-School Program
. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children, has a creative spirit, and can help design and guide engaging activities in a fun, safe indoor environment.Key Responsibilities
Design and lead
hour-long play-based sessions
for children ages 2-6(e.g., animal walks, mini obstacle courses, gymnastics games, crafts)
Facilitate transitions between activities with enthusiasm and patience Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all children Communicate clearly with parents during drop-off and pick-up Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in play areas and party rooms Work with management to plan weekly themes and adjust sessions by age group (2-4 & 4-6)
You Are Someone Who...
Loves working with toddlers and preschoolers Has experience in early childhood education, recreation, or similar fields Can confidently
lead a group
of up to 12 children with structure and fun Knows how to manage behavior in a kind, respectful way Can speak clearly and kindly with both kids and parents Brings positive energy and creative ideas to every sessionBonus If You Have
Leadership or teaching experience Knowledge of child development or early learning principles
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $17.78-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2025-06-09
