After-School Music Instructor (Ages 6-11)

On The Off Beat Music School is seeking dynamic, creative music educators to lead our After-School Program starting September 2025.

We're not just another music school. We're run by professional musicians who have taught at many of Toronto's top schools -- so we understand exactly what it's like to be in your position. Your Role

You'll teach engaging, interactive group classes for students aged 6-11. These classes are designed to build confidence, encourage creativity, and make music fun. Some examples of past sessions include:

Glee Club Ukulele Jam Musical Theatre Singing & Songwriting Taylor Swift Song Study
Your responsibilities will also include:

Leading small groups in a positive, well-structured setting Safely walking students from nearby schools to our east-end location (Gerrard & Jones) Teaching weekday shifts from approximately 3:10-6:00 PM Earning $105 per class

Extra Hours Available

For those looking to grow their schedule, there's an option to teach private lessons from 6:00-9:00 PM after the program ends.

Pay: $17.20-$29.44 per hour
