About AetherHaus

Rooted in the European sauna tradition and reimagined through a modern, West Coast lens, our sessions invite guests to reset their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and find their aether, that inner place of balance and renewal.

Located in Vancouver's West End, our Haus includes Himalayan salt saunas, communal cold plunge pools, and a tea lounge designed for slow moments and shared experiences.

The Role

As the first face guests see when they enter our Haus, the Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the experience. You're not just greeting guests, you're welcoming them into an environment of care and presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, values wellness, and finds joy in creating calm and connection within a busy day.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and authenticity Guide new visitors through check-in and session flow with ease Support bookings, memberships, and private session inquiries (via phone, email, or in person) Process transactions and maintain accuracy in our point-of-sale system Keep the lounge, reception, and tea areas looking polished and intentional Maintain pool-level chemistry in accordance with VCH (Vancouver Coastal Health) standards Uphold AetherHaus standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest experience

About You

Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or customer service (preferred but not required) Calm under pressure and naturally organized Confident communicator with genuine interpersonal warmth Tech-savvy, comfortable with booking systems, POS, and email communication (training provided) Have evening availability (Thursday & Friday are required)
