Responsibilities

Perform skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs Deliver professional nail care services including manicures and pedicures Conduct product demos to educate clients about available skincare and beauty products Assist with retail sales by upselling products that complement treatments and meet client needs Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations Offer excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries or concerns Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling payments Promote additional services through effective communication skills and upselling techniques

Requirements

Proven experience in skincare, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or related beauty treatments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Knowledge of sanitation procedures and maintaining a clean treatment environment Excellent communication skills to educate clients about products and services effectively Ability to handle retail sales confidently while providing exceptional guest experiences Experience with front desk operations is a plus but not mandatory A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest services Certification or licensing as required by state regulations for aesthetic services is preferred but not mandatory depending on local laws
