Aisthetikos Wellness & Advanced Medical Aesthetics is a boutique wellness and medical aesthetic clinic located in Marda Loop in Calgary, AB. We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional experiences and minimally invasive procedures that highlight their natural beauty and promote self-care and empowerment.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our boutique medical aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate have experience in providing exceptional aesthetic treatments, including RF microneedling, facials, chemical peels, and laser procedures. The successful candidate will be knowledgable about the latest trends in skin care and be able to provide clients with personalized advice on their skin care needs. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to our mission of helping clients achieve their desired aesthetic goals in a safe and comfortable environment.

Note: This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

Responsibilities:

Perform RF microneedling, facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and laser treatments according to established protocols and client needs. Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skin conditions, concerns, and goals. Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend appropriate skincare products. Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor. Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and post-treatment instructions. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical aesthetics, attending training sessions and workshops as required. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, maintaining a clean and organized treatment area. Collaborate with other team members, including physicians and nurses, to provide comprehensive care to clients. Assist in marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and providing educational materials to clients.

Requirements:

Valid Medical Aesthetician certification/license. Proven experience in performing RF microneedling, facials, chemical peels, and laser treatments. In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their effects on different skin types. Strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and address their concerns. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour at all times. Social media experience an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 28 per week
