Key Responsibilities
Perform consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
Deliver advanced treatments such as laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, microneedling, and skin mapping
Upsell services and products to meet and exceed sales targets
Build long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and referrals
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive clinic environment
Manage bookings and client data using CRM software
Who You Are
Certified Medical Aesthetician with a diploma from a recognized institution
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics with strong sales results
Skilled in upselling, closing sales, and delivering excellent client care
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
