Position Overview:
We're looking for a licensed, experienced Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, knowledgeable about modern aesthetic treatments, and committed to helping patients achieve real, noticeable results.
What You'll Do:
Perform customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other skin treatments based on patient needs.
Assist in advanced aesthetic procedures under medical supervision (e.g., microneedling, radiofrequency, laser treatments and prep/post-care).
Conduct skin consultations and recommend treatment plans and homecare products.
Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment to the highest safety and hygiene standards.
Educate patients on skincare routines and product usage.
Support the clinic team with scheduling, patient flow, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
What We're Looking For:
Current or previous Aesthetician experience and schooling.
Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in aesthetics, med spa, or dermatology setting.
Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skincare products, and medical-grade treatments.
Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care.
Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience with microneedling, laser, or advanced facial technology.
Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines.
Sales experience or comfort recommending skincare products.
