Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare, body treatments, and beauty services to enhance our clients' overall experience. This role involves delivering personalized consultations, performing various aesthetic procedures, and ensuring guest satisfaction through outstanding service. The Aesthetician will also engage in retail sales, product demonstrations, and promote a welcoming environment that encourages client loyalty.

Responsibilities

Perform skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with professionalism and attention to detail Deliver nail care services including manicures and pedicures as needed Provide expert advice on skincare products and recommend appropriate treatments to clients Assist with front desk duties including guest check-in, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and sanitized treatment area Engage in retail sales by upselling products and offering product demos to enhance client results Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments in compliance with health regulations Foster excellent guest services through effective communication skills and personalized care Support the team with promotional activities such as product demos and special events

Experience

Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar beauty or skincare role preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment Experience with body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, and nail care is highly desirable Ability to upsell retail products while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction Previous experience working at the front desk or in hospitality settings is a plus Demonstrated ability to perform professional skincare treatments with precision and care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
