Responsibilities

Perform treatments according to the company's protocols and standards; Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director; Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs; Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line; Perform required post-treatment follow-ups; Encourage clients to renew their products; Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship; Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.

Qualifications -

Diploma in Esthetics; Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal; At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role; Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset; Diploma in photoepilation is an asset; Languages spoken and written: fluent in French and English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adherence to work procedures; Integrity and trustworthiness; Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and leadership; Show teamwork and collaboration skills; Communicate respectfully, concisely, and effectively.
