We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Aesthetic IMG to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional aesthetic services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while enhancing their natural beauty. You will be responsible for performing various cosmetic procedures and treatments, utilizing your expertise in the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies.

Duties

Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers to enhance facial aesthetics. Perform esthetic laser treatments, including hair removal and skin rejuvenation. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations. Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and customer service. Utilize salon software such as aesthetic record and MINDBODY for efficient practice management. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility. Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and services. Upsell additional services based on client needs while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

Valid license with experience in a med spa or aesthetic setting preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with retail sales techniques and customer service best practices. Knowledge of sanitation practices, and guest services in a salon or spa environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating leadership skills when necessary. Pay: $32.00-$45.00 per hour
