Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our North American expansion efforts. This role involves managing consulting missions, developing strategic partnerships, and driving B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace business development.
Responsibilities
Business Development
Lead consulting missions for aerospace, defence, and military clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and stakeholder engagement.
Drive revenue growth through B2B and strategic partnerships.
ClientEvent Management
Organize and manage company participation in tradeshows across Canada and the USA.
Conduct site visits and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage project KPIs, budgets, and timelines, including tender processes and reporting.
SalesMarketing Strategy
Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B services.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in international business development or consulting.
Minimum 2 years of experience in aerospace business development.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of technical services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
