A Day in the Life:

3 big topics: Advocacy, Influence, PR

  • Champion on the strategy of Vichy in A&I with the support of our Agency - from brief development/conception to realization.
  • Responsible for Vichy\'s advocacy/ influence tone of voice for Canada - Selection of the right partners/ pricing/ brief/ contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with our Worldwide and North American teams to activate in key moments.
  • Traditional media: To be top of mind and promote key initiatives to secure visibility (deskside media 2x/ year).
  • Eventing: Responsible for the eventing plan of Vichy across Canada (2 big events + tactical).
  • Product Strategic focus: Support the key franchise deployment of the brand in A&I- building ambition, visibility plan, etc. - while integrating in the 360 campaigns.
  • Brand cause: Be a key part of building the brand cause in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Online community: Owner of the response rate online (reviews, comments to ensure 100% response rate).
  • Work closely with the team and be the voice of the A&I on activation, integrating feedback, retailers\' inputs, etc.
  • PPP Management: Manage respective A&I Budget ($1.4M).
  • Manager: Manage one full-time specialist resource.
Desired skills and experience:
  • Collaboration is key as you must interact with all stakeholders (finance, commercial, marketing, training etc.) - including external agencies.
  • Strong appetite for online trend and multiplatform (trend hacking, new opportunities, content tone of voice, etc.).
  • Strong operational excellence, attention to details.
  • Skincare &Hair Care m\xc3\xa9tier sensitivity - building strong insights on how to best communicate our Vichy DNA on all touchpoints.
  • Agility/ capacity to learn fast - our plan can change rapidly; we need to adjust/ react positively.
