As an Advisory Intern, you will work with a team of experts to analyze the numbers and provide unparalleled client service.
About the Position:
J.S. Held is presently seeking an engineering student to provide support in the Construction Advisory division of the firm, specializing in Surety claims. The Construction Advisory - Surety division primarily consults on construction projects in which a contract default has occurred. This allows for a unique opportunity to investigate the causes behind project defaults and work with our clients to develop solutions.
The successful candidate will develop fundamental skills to the construction industry through the analysis of contracts, schedules, drawings, and costs. Opportunities will also be available to visit multiple active construction sites and track their progress throughout the duration of the co-op term.
The selected candidate will report to our Vice President, Construction Services.
