We connect SMEs in the Greater Toronto Area with top talent for critical roles in Sales, Marketing, HR, and Administration and we equip business leaders with insights to support strategic decision-making and growth.We also offer tailored HR Consulting solutions to support small and medium-sized businesses to mitigate risk and improve culture and retention as they look to grow.Visit us at www.qy-sa.ca to learn more!We are seeking a dynamic and motivated student/intern to join our team in a fully remote capacity as a Marketing Intern during the Summer session (May to August) Monday to Friday - 9-5, working 3-4 days per week.While this is a remote opportunity, we believe in building a cohesive digital environment that supports learning, and growth.PLEASE NOTE: This is an unpaid Internship (hourly); however, there will be opportunities to earn compensation based on contributions to the business\' revenue goals. Responsibilities may include:
  • Creating compelling HR, Recruitment and Business-related content for social media including LinkedIn and Instagram along with the help of business leaders and an HR intern
  • Basic graphic design work utilizing Canva to create engaging digital collateral to create marketing campaign content
  • Occasional Website content modifications and improvement, utilizing Wix online platform
  • Working with business leaders and HR Intern to create visually appealing sales collateral
  • Competitor and general market research and analysis
  • Other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Must be currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program
  • The ability to work with Canva or other graphic design software is a strong asset
  • Ability to work with Web/content management software such as Wix a strong asset
  • Experience with posting content on social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram is a strong asset
  • Strong written communication skills, able to synthesize engaging content
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.

  • Willingness to learn and be coachable
