Job Description

Responsibilities:


- Provide administrative support to one Advisor including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Answer phone calls, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Being able to sign off on transactions when advisor is out of office
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed

This dedicated role is to help support our Financial Planners by providing exceptional service to exceed client expectations. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

Qualifications:


- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant required

-Mutual fund license and/or Insurance license a requirement or working towards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel) and Google Suite, DocuSign and Client Management System
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
