Job Description

As an Advisor, IT Operational Governance coordinator, you play a strategic role in managing and steering IT services provided by our external partner, Kyndryl. You make sure that IT operations are consistent, effective and compliant with the organization's business objectives. You structure and lead IT operational governance and track performance indicators (SLAs, service quality, incidents) for our sector. Your contribution is essential to the sustainability of our IT services and to supplier management. You take on a leadership role for projects and assignments related to complex, strategic initiatives. These projects require extensive knowledge of managing an operational services contract. You help identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead action plans. You're known for your disciplined approach, strategic vision and ability to navigate complex environments. You have solid experience in managing IT suppliers and operational governance. You draw on your relationship skills to interact effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You serve as a resource person and coach for decision-making bodies and actively contribute to the organization's digital transformation. More specifically, you will be required to:
Structure and lead IT operational governance related to suppliers
Track performance indicators (SLAs, service quality, incidents)
Coordinate steering committees and produce decision dashboards
Negotiate with the supplier to assign IT and contractual responsibilities for major incidents
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead action plans
Monitor our partners to improve operational services
Carry out tactical and/or strategic initiatives related to our outsourcing operations

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience managing supplier relationships in a structured environment
Experience leading governance committees, producing performance reports (SLAs and KPIs) and monitoring action plans
Experience in complex environments with multiple players (IT, security, compliance, businesses)
Knowledge of French is required Action oriented, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning, Strategic mindset
