Job Summary The Advisor, Global Mobility is responsible for coordinating transferees\xe2\x80\x99 relocation benefits under the organization\xe2\x80\x99s employee relocation program. The incumbent act as an expert advisor for relocation, immigration, and for tax advice per organization relocation programs. Main Responsibilities Advisory

  • Assist transferees and their family members with relocation arrangements in accordance with the organization\'s relocation policy, such as but not limited to, home sales, home purchase, leases and transportation of household goods
  • Provide guidance to internal clients regarding the organization\xe2\x80\x99s relocation programs
  • Process and manage the transferees relocation expenses for reimbursement
  • Prepare necessary documents for the distribution of any move-related funds such as equity advances, allowances, and bonuses
  • Ensure monthly and yearly reconciliations for internationals, cross border relocations, and intermittent travellers
  • Track expenses and status activity of all relocations and prepare reports for management
  • Ensure year-end process deadlines are met and payroll entries are completed
  • Work alongside tax and immigration providers for accurate reporting and compliance
  • Manage Relocation Vendor billing
Working Conditions The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. Requirements Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
o Experience in dealing with international tax matters* *Any experience for these above would be considered as an asset Education/Certification/Designation
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or equivalent
