Reporting to the Manager, Advisor Experience, the Advisor Experience Consultant is instrumental in shaping a seamless, integrated advisor journey and reinforcing the Advice Canada value proposition. This highly influential role collaborates with teams across Canada Life, Financial Horizons and our Dealers to identify experience gaps, analyze advisor feedback, and collaborate with analytics and research teams to turn insights into actionable improvements. Acting as a champion for entrepreneurial advisor needs, the role ensures strategic enhancements reflect the unique requirements of advisors and drives innovation across the advisor journey.
What you will do

• Contribute to achieving end-to-end advisor experience goals, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
• Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date advisor journey and capability maps
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the advisor journey, through feedback collection, reporting and prioritization
• Support change management efforts for journey enhancements requiring cross-team coordination, including experience impact assessments, rollout planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy
• Understand competitive landscape, how capabilities are evolving in the industry and other forces shaping experience

What you will bring

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, customer experience, or related roles, preferably within financial services
• Proven communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive alignment across teams from across the organization
• Persuasive storytelling experience, with a talent for translating complex ideas and data into compelling narratives that drive influence and action
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable improvements
• Solid understanding of the business environment and entrepreneurial advisor needs, with a passion for identifying experience opportunities and driving innovation
• Strong understanding of customer journey principles and programs, and a passion for improving advisor interactions.

The base salary for this position is between $64,800 - $ 113,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
