Advisor - Contracts & Planning
Permanent position

Reporting to the Team Leader \xe2\x80\x93 Administration, your responsibilities will entail :

Administration:

  • In collaboration with the procurement departmentadminister purchase contracts for large scale capital acquisitions
  • Work with tour planning, contracts and legal to ensure promoter market equipment provision is properly identified in riders, schedules and annexes to contracts.
  • Assist the team leader in compiling capex budget information provided by specialists;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the department (processes & tools).


Planning:
  • Maintain the touring equipment deployment calendar for show generic and infrastructure equipmentdeployment.
  • Ensure proper management of the global inventory of specialized equipment;
  • Maintain a record of annual training and certifications with workforce planning;


You possess the following professional and technical skills:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or a related field;
  • A minimum of eight years\' experience in a similar position;
  • Experience with touring;
  • Substantial hands-on experience with a computerized system;
  • Versatility and excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on time and on budget;
  • Good knowledge of Windows Microsoft applications;
  • Excellent fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
