The Electricity Forum (est. 1986) is seeking energetic advertising sales representatives who will be responsible for generating new sales and managing an existing advertising client base for Electricity Forum (www.electricityforum.com). We have a full suite of online advertising products: Digital Advertising, Website Banner Advertising, Buyer's Guide Listings, E-Broadcast Advertising, Online Video/Product Showcase Advertising, Electrical Job Postings, and E-Commerce Store Front solutions.
We are hiring a team of experienced online advertising sales experts with a proven track record in new advertising sales and business development.
Responsibilities
Cold call 30-40 companies per day.
Verify contact information.
Update our CRM with the correct contact information.
Briefly qualify client marketing needs.
Book zoom appointments to meet one of our ad sales representatives.
Preparing proposals, quotations and manage digital advertising materials.
Consulting with the sales department and management to constantly improve our outreach methods.
Desired Skills and Experience
Ideally, you have 2+ years of digital media sales experience
Solid personal telephone and email skills
Interest in business development and client relations
Understand how to cold-call and being comfortable with it
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident presentation skills (phone, zoom or in writing)
Solid organization and time management skills with an ability to prioritize projects
Experienced in Microsoft Office and CRM software
We are seeking a highly competitive, motivated, self-starter with a mix of selling skills, drive and personality that spells success.
Requirements
Ability to develop leads and make at least 40 phone cold calls a day
Experience with high volume cold calling. Leads are provided
Highly skilled communicator with a strong ability to interact effectively with all potential clients
Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications
Ability to meet sales goals and succeed in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment
