As we continue to grow and expand, we are now seeking sales & customer service consultants to do just that by helping us deliver sustainable, experience-rich travel to our customers to get them on their next adventure!Our Adventure Consultants provide high-level customer service by phone, email, social moderation, and live chat handing the customer journey from the initial inquiry to pre/post-trip communications, working with travelers and agent partners to book unforgettable trips of a lifetimeThese are full-time permanent positions and you'll be working on a rotating roster that will include weekends & evenings. These are hybrid positions based in Toronto or on a remote basis. We believe vaccines play a critical role in the safe return of travel. To ensure our workplaces are safe, we require proof of Covid-19 vaccination when you work from an Intrepid office, attend company events or travel on trips.You'll be responsible for:

• Maximizing & growing sales by responding to leads through phone, email, social & live chat
• Providing exceptional post-booking customer service through multiple channels
• Developing an In-depth knowledge of Intrepid products
• Ensuring accuracy for our customers, with a fine-tuned attention to detail, to ensure their files are booked correctly

A passion for travel is a must-have! With it you'll bring:

• Similar experience in a travel industry role, sales, or customer service
• Personal travel experience to Intrepid destinations
• Exceptional communication & customer service skills
• The ability to inspire and influence others

You'll be customer-obsessed while still having solid attention to detail and organization skills.
