Key Responsibilities:



Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing assembly processes to build customer products. As a technical focal point for the Cell, lead Root Cause and Corrective Action analyses, implement improvements to eliminate defects, improve product quality and yield Assist in resolving supplier technical issues arising from deviation requests, design ambiguities and manufacturability at Honeywell facility Lead products return related investigations, implement preventive measures, propose product design and manufacturing process improvements to eliminate escapes Execute with support, capability of machines and process steps using Design of Experiments and statistical methods to ensure maximum utilization of critical resources, maximum throughput, minimum cost and capacity growth; involves integrating equipment, people, material flow, and information systems Solve technical product, process, component, and related problems that affect the efficient operation and/or manufacture of products Provide feedback to product designers on suitability of designs for manufacturability with supervision

Must Have:



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering 1 year plus in Electronics or Mechanical manufacturing industry

We Value:



Knowledge of industry and quality standards (e.g. IPC-610, J-STD-001, ISO9001). Previous experience in Project Management

Ability to manage a single line engineering project with a limited number of participants. Creative Problem Solving Customer Interaction/Stakeholder Management Quality & Lean Principles- D/PFMEA; 8D/Corrective Action; Equipment Safety; Design of Experiments (DOE) Communication/Negotiation/Presentation skills Excellent leadership skill and team player
