We are currently seeking a

ADP Administrator

to join our team in

Viceroy.




Reporting to the Manager, Operations Support, this position involves the submission of Assistive Devices Program (ADP) (Respiratory) applications to the Ministry of Health. This role requires a deep understanding of ADP policies and CPAP billing procedures. You will ensure accurate billing, timely invoicing, and adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail.

What you'll be doing:



Utilize technology to manage the Ministry of Health CPAP billing processes, including patient information, and payment transactions. Tracking of ADP applications to determine which are outstanding and require follow-up. Collaborating with doctors' offices and sleep labs, in coordination with the Clinic Manager and other clinic staff, to facilitate the retrieval and resubmission of outstanding ADP applications. Working with clinic staff to resolve any issues relating to the completion of ADP applications and their submission to the Ministry of Health. Investigate and resolve any rejections, and discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain organized documentation of ADP applications that are ready for submission before processing them to the Ministry of Health. Engaging in communication with the Ministry of Health as needed to address issues related to outstanding ADP applications. Generate reports on Ministry of Health remittance reports, accounts receivable, claim status, and reimbursement trends for management review. Stay informed about changes in ADP (CPAP) funding, billing, and insurance policies to ensure compliance. Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline operations, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency. Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Company.

What you bring:



1-2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or a related field; experience with ADP or CPAP billing is a strong asset. Solid understanding of Ministry of Health billing processes and Assistive Devices Program (ADP) policies. High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with billing or EMR systems is an asset. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clinic staff and external stakeholders.
