The primary responsibility of this role is to support prospective students through the admissions process. This includes responding to inquiries via phone and email, conducting outreach activities, guiding applicants through the enrollment process, and providing information about college programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and fostering positive relationships with students and staff to support a welcoming and engaging environment.
Qualifications:
A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, education, or a related field is required.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in a related field or at least two (2) years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Experience with public speaking or presentations is required.
Experience in an educational setting or recruitment role is a strong asset.
Proficiency in MS Office365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
Familiarity with online communication tools such as MS Teams is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work towards goals independently and as part of a team.
