We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Admissions Manager
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, strategic outreach, and relationship-building with local and international communities. Experience with international student admissions and sports admissions will be considered a strong asset.

Summary:
The Admissions Manager will be responsible for the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels in both administrative tasks and relationship-building. In addition to overseeing admissions, the successful candidate will play a key role in marketing initiatives, including managing the school's weekly newsletter and coordinating outreach events in the community to attract prospective students and
families. This position requires exceptional people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions, with experience in international student recruitment and sports admissions considered valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the admissions process, including application intake, documentation review, interviews, and enrollment procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and families, offering guidance and information about our academic programs, extracurricular opportunities, and campus life.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop outreach strategies to attract local, national, and international students.
Assist in the organization of admissions events such as open houses, campus tours, and recruitment fairs.
Maintain and update admissions records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in the student database.
Work closely with the Finance Department on tuition payments and financial aid applications.
Liaise with the Academy Director to support admissions for the Football Academy and other sports programs.
Work with the Admissions team to support visa application processes and provide guidance on international student requirements.
Contribute to the development of scholarships and bursary opportunities to support diverse student recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
2-3 years minimum experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field; experience in an independent or international school setting is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. As the first point of contact for many families, your ability to build trust, foster relationships, and represent the school with warmth and professionalism is essential.
Experience with international student admissions and/or sports admissions is an asset.
Proficiency in database management systems, Google, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Open Apply and ManageBac systems is an asset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for education and commitment to the values of the International Baccalaureate programme.
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends for admissions events or tours.
