Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Admissions & Athletics Manager who is energetic, organized, and relationship-focused. This hands-on role supports student enrollment while coordinating athletics partnerships. Athletic knowledge is considered an asset.
You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on student enrollment and experience, build meaningful relationships with families and community partners, and represent King Heights Academy in the community. This is a collaborative role, working closely with other departments for support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment.
Serve as the main contact for prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism and warmth.
Organize and participate in school tours, open houses, and recruitment events, including leading virtual presentations and info sessions.
Support partnerships with feeder schools, sports clubs, and community organizations, acting as a professional representative of the school.
Coordinate athletics-related schedules, events, and communications.
Track and report enrollment data; assist with strategies to meet enrollment goals.
Contribute to marketing and communications efforts targeting prospective families.
Use computer systems to manage student records, track inquiries, and generate reports.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive family experience.
Provide support to athletic and academic teams as needed to enhance student experience.
Qualifications
Experience in admissions, recruitment, education, customer service, or athletics.
Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
Builds strong relationships with families and community partners.
Comfortable representing the school at events, including leading virtual sessions and occasional evenings/weekends.
Strong public speaking skills to confidently engage with families, students, and community partners.
Knowledge or interest in athletics is an asset.
Ability to communicate the value of independent education and the development of globally minded learners.
