Main Duties:
Guide qualified applicants through the admissions process and monitor the application process to ensure effective communication in tandem with application deadlines
Represent the company to maintain contact with existing school partners, and engage with students to expand the network
Approaching potential students and developing a client base;
Provide input to our Marketing department to improve our website contents, social media, and other marketing materials
Work closely with other required departments to execute the Sales, PR and Marketing strategy for the school aimed at prospective clients
Organize and run external marketing events such as Open House Days, aimed at driving enrollment, by the agreed calendar and strategy
Presenting a positive impression of the school in all interactions with clients, students and their families, whether by telephone, face to face, or in writing; be the key point of contact for the potential client(s) from first contact with the school until the students first day
Develop and conduct school tours, as required, for prospective clients which effectively sell the school, promoting the schools academic and non-academic achievements
Completing enrollment paperwork for clients, and ensuring smooth and timely work-flow
Maintaining accurate records of all student transactions and Maintaining accurate student files
Ability to inspire students to their highest levels of achievement and excellence.
Qualifications:
A post-secondary degree is preferred
Two years minimum sales experience Required
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask
Ability to work individually and in a team environment
Private Career College admissions experience preferred
