Overview:


IBT College is seeking a

motivated and results-driven Admissions Advisor / Sales professional

to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional admissions support -- the ideal candidate will have proven experience in educational sales, the ability to build and maintain agency partnerships, meet domestic student enrollment targets, and recruit international students for fully online programs outside of Canada.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the full admissions and enrollment process for domestic and international students, providing guidance, information, and support. Conduct presentations, webinars, and informational sessions to prospective students, families, and agency partners. Identify, engage, and sign contracts with educational agencies and partners to drive student recruitment. Meet and exceed student enrollment targets for domestic programs. Recruit international students specifically for fully online programs, ensuring compliance with program requirements and institutional policies. Maintain accurate records using Ellucian or similar student information systems. Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to develop strategies for attracting new students. Stay informed of industry trends, institutional programs, and competitor offerings to advise prospective students effectively. Participate in recruitment events, fairs, and outreach initiatives to expand the institution's reach.

Qualifications:



Minimum 6 years of experience in educational sales, admissions, or student recruitment. Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets and managing agency partnerships. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Familiarity with student information systems such as Ellucian is an asset. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Customer-service-oriented mindset and passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
