Role Overview
The Admissions Advisor will guide prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a positive experience throughout the admissions process. The role requires strong communication, organization, and sales skills, as well as a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Actively connect with prospective students through personalized phone, text, and email.
Conduct interviews and information sessions to promote RCB College programs.
Process student applications accurately and maintain compliance with college standards.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals.
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in the
Student Information System (SIS)
.
Performance Expectations
Lead Conversion:
Minimum 3 new enrollments per week.
Lead Management:
50-60 outbound calls daily; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
Compliance:
Ensure admissions activities meet
Alberta Advanced Education
standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Admissions Manager and Marketing Team to improve lead quality.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales, preferably in a high-volume lead-calling environment.
Experience in a private career college or post-secondary setting is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales or enrollment targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with CRM/SIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
