Role Overview

As an Admissions Advisor, you will be a trusted guide for prospective students exploring life-changing education options. You'll work consultatively to understand their goals and recommend the best pathway forward--ensuring each individual is supported from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students through phone, email, and virtual or in-person meetings Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable programs Provide clear, student-centred guidance through the admissions process Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal tracking tools Meet and exceed engagement and enrollment goals Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless student experience
Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of admissions experience

in a

Private Career College

setting

College diploma or higher

Demonstrated success in

consultative sales

Strong organization, motivation, and communication skills A genuine desire to help students transform their lives through education Integrity and professionalism in all student and team interactions
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary:

$45,000

Performance bonus structure:

Expected total annual compensation of $90,000-$110,000 Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to student success and community improvement
Work Environment

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and doing what is right for the student. Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
