We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to support our daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. As the first point of contact for many clients and team members, the Administrative Assistant plays a key role in maintaining professional communication and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general correspondence
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) and manage office documentation
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Support data entry, reporting, and administrative projects
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Handle client inquiries and resolve minor concerns with professionalism
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and demeanor
Fluency in English
Previous administrative or office experience is an asset
