Position Overview



We are seeking a

highly organized and detail-oriented

Administrator

to support our restoration branch. This role is central to daily operations, combining office administration, customer communication, claims processing, and project coordination. The Administrator will handle customer inquiries, enter new claims, update project milestones in internal systems, assist project managers with subcontractor quotes, and maintain accurate records in compliance with BELFOR policies.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and clear communication are essential.

What You'll Do:



Answer and direct incoming calls; provide excellent customer service. Enter new claims in Encircle and the internal BELFOR Compliance System. Update job milestones and dates Assist Project Managers by obtaining and organizing subcontractor quotes. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance files. Prepare invoicing files and verify insurance details and supporting documents. Support general office operations and branch coordination. Any other reasonable duties as assigned.

What You Bring:



High School Diploma/GED. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Customer service experience preferred. Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is an asset

Working Conditions



Due to the nature of our business, this position will work normal business hours but may be required to work in the evenings, on-call, or outside normal working hours; Manual dexterity for keyboarding, repetitive tasks, and prolonged periods of computer use, demanding attention to detail and high levels of accuracy; and Periodic travel may be required.
