High North Laboratories' is now seeking an Administrator who will oversee and implement administrative procedures, establish work priorities, ensure smooth administrative operations and coordinate administrative services. The ideal candidate for this role is a detail oriented, adaptable individual with a strong commitment to integrity and confidentiality.

Core Responsibilities:



Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures. Managing office inventory. Reviewing and implementing new administrative procedures. Performing general administrative duties. Preparing communications and corresponding with vendors/suppliers/customers and staff. Coordinating office services, such as equipment repair, supplies, forms, shredding, parking, garbage removal and security services. Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. Arranging or supporting meetings and appointments for Executive team and providing reminders. Maintaining confidential information for the business, ensuring information is handled appropriately. Receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence. Handling requests and queries appropriately. Making travel arrangements. Filing expenses for Executives and Director of People and Culture. Taking dictation and minutes and accurately enter data. In partnership with People & Culture, assisting in HR administrative functions. Special Projects as assigned by the Manager of Administration, Director of People & Culture, and Executives.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:



Degree or Diploma, in business administration or communications an asset. 3+ years of Administrative/Executive Assistant/Office Management experience. Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and other advance office technology. High Proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills. Exemplary planning and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Discretion and confidentiality. Experience with Dayforce by Ceridian an asset or any HRIS software.
