We are a well-established local manufacturer based in Saskatoon, seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Administrator to join our leadership team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute meaningfully to our operations and help drive organizational efficiency and excellence.
Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Administrator will oversee and coordinate administrative operations across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of business processes, including finance and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support
Manage internal communications and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Prepare and analyze reports, budgets, and operational data using Excel and ERP systems (Epicor or SAP)
Support financial processes including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank reconciliations
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional correspondence
Maintain and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with company standards and confidentiality protocols

Education & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Demonstrated experience in financial administration and office management
Must reside in or be willing to commute to Saskatoon
Must be fluent in English and legally entitled to work in Canada
