We are seeking an exceptional, experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position located at our office at 355 Jane Street, a short walk to the subway.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as a real estate administrator in Toronto
Proficiency in TRREB Realm, WebForms, BrokerBay, Docusign, Google Workspace, Instagram, Canva, FB, Mailchimp & Fintracker
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of west end Toronto
Responsibilities
Broker Loading listings: Input new MLS listings, process listing documents, upload photos, enter listing information and appointment instructions into BrokerBay
Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in-person
Listing Management: Stay on top of teams' listings by ensuring proper forms are completed in a timely manner and online platforms represent current information.
Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure the office operates efficiently.
Content Management: Create social media content using existing templates and post / create ads for our social channels.
Update team website - efficiently and accurately and maintain client databases.
Prepare marketing brochures and magazine ads (with templates).
Deal Processing: Track pre-closing tasks to ensure deals close smoothly.
