Job Description


We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator. In this role, you will deal directly with customers, ensure all buyer records are accurate and up to date, work alongside Sales Representatives to support the selling process, and complete daily sales reporting. To ensure success, you will have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as a representative of Adi Developments as first point of contact for prospects
  • Receive and direct incoming emails and telephone calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
  • Preparing and processing Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments and related documents
  • Prepare and maintain all purchaser files and customer interactions in CRM
  • Tracking sales metrics and issuing daily sales reports to senior leadership/stakeholders
  • Verifying purchase details, including customers' personal information, deposits, mortgage pre-approvals, and co-operating commissions
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain information
  • Expediting the ongoing flow of sales information and payment documents
  • Ensuring Sales Center is clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, as required

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration is a plus)
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with industry software such as SalesForce, Blackline, Salesfish, or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping, ideally in High Rise preconstruction administration
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
