Interlangues is the oldest private language school in Ottawa. Established in 1976, it has trained tens of thousands of municipal and federal employees.
We are seeking a detail oriented and reliable Accounts Officer and Coordinator responsible for payroll processing, invoicing, time sheet management, tax filings, reconciliations, general accounting support, and coordinating language training using Excel.
This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work from home. Subject to operational requirements.
Language of work: English (French is also an asset)

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years experience in an accounts, bookkeeping, or finance support role
- strong working knowledge of Sage50
- Hands-on experience with EasyPay Payroll
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, reconciliations)
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- good organization and communication skills
- experience with Outlook, Teams and Zoom
