We are seeking a highly organized Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, enjoys interacting with others, and is comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
Manage accounts receivable, including tracking outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts
Prepare and issue invoices accurately and efficiently
Process customer payments
Compile, organize, and process hoist inspection reports and preventative maintenance documentation
Support technicians and internal teams with required administrative tasks
Perform general office duties and ad?hoc tasks as needed to support daily operations
Experience
Previous experience in administration, or accounting support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with office software and basic accounting tools
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Experience with invoicing or accounts receivable is an asset
40 to 60 words per minute (WPM), with a high emphasis on accuracy
Familiarity with maintenance or inspection reporting is an advantage but not required
