Our client, a leading provider of insolvency services, is seeking an Administrator - Insolvency, Consumer Proposal to join their team. As an Administrator, you will be part of the insolvency department supporting a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional service to clients in need.
Job Title: Administrator - Insolvency, Consumer Proposal
Location: Hybrid- Moncton or Fredericton New Brunswick
Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000
What's the Job?

• Administer the Consumer Proposal and Division I Proposal inventory from initial filing through to file closure.
• Monitor votes and engage in written and verbal negotiations with creditors and debtors regarding approval and amendments.
• Organize and chair meetings of creditors, ensuring accurate minutes are recorded.
• Oversee payment monitoring and amendments, along with interim and final distributions.
• Prepare, send, and e-file various notices and documents as required.

What's Needed?

• Post-secondary education.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a consumer insolvency practice.
• Working knowledge of consumer insolvency proceedings and asset exemptions.
• Strong computer literacy, including ASCEND, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
