We are currently seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator, to join the Insolvency Administrator, Proposals in our London, Ontario office who would like to join a company that has created a unique working atmosphere that offers challenge, purpose, and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment.
HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:Complete in-depth review of all Consumer Proposal and Division 1 Proposal received that meet the requirements for adjudication while adhering to client direction and internal processes. Investigate filings and information presented to determine best possible outcome for clients as it concerns their financial recovery in the proceeding. Review of credit bureaus and property reports for investigations. Attend Meeting of Creditors on representing customers. Responsible for identifying terms and clauses that may cause negative impact to customers and submitting requests for the amendments. Review counteroffer and Trustee inquiries for negotiating on behalf of all customers represented. Review amended proposals received and adjudicate while adhering to client direction and internal procedures. Maintain set service level agreements and follow client instruction when provided. Analyses documentation/email received from Trustees and actions according to set client processes and guidelines.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry, Collections, Litigation or Insolvency. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with a team and the ability to work independently. Strong data entry skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing environment. Ability to "Think Differently" continuously looking for process improvements that gain efficiency. Ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects. Make sound judgements when analyzing proposals by identifying the financial implications to clients. Extended periods of working on a computer Strong attention to detail required to ensure proposals are accurately reviewed to avoid negative impact to the customer. Bilingual (French) language skills would be an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Edge)
