Reporting to the General Director of Orchard House, the Administrator is passionate about the diverse aspects of operating a centre for early childhood education.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to)
Reception
o Answer calls and emails
o Oversee children's attendance & staff schedules
o Organise field trips, visiting animators and special events
o Review contracts with suppliers and order supplies
Finance
o Invoicing and payment processing
o Daycare management software
Compliance
o Ensure conformity with Ministere de la famille requirements
o Comply with all City / legal requirements
Operations
o Oversee general needs relating to building maintenance
o Keep abreast of best practices in management of ECE centres

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum A.E.C. or equivalent, with a specialisation in ECE or in Administration an asset

Bilingual English and French
Previous experience in administration
Previous experience in Early Childhood Education an asset
